Buyback Policy
We will honor any returned product for up to one year after original invoice date. We will only guarantee product buy-back for up to a one year period. Buyer agrees to pay TMR a restocking fee of 10% on all returned products. Trace Minerals agrees to pay for shipping charges from goods returned within one year of original shipment date as long as buyer coordinated return shipment with Trace Minerals in advance. Prices effective January 1, 2023.

100% Money Back Guarantee to Consumer if dissatisfied for any reason. We will send a replacement at no charge with your next order, or refund the wholesale price you paid. If the consumer contacts us directly, we will refund the retail price directly to the consumer. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase or the return of the unused portion of the product. We will not pay return shipping costs unless we have approved arrangements in advance. ANY FAULTY MERCHANDISE WILL BE REPLACED BY TRACE MINERALS RESEARCH. This is our basic guarantee. We make no other warranty about our product, expressed or implied; replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price is the sole remedy we offer.
We pay shipping on all orders over $300.00 in the continental U.S. Unless otherwise approved, all orders are on account, or prepaid. Prices subject to change without notice. For orders to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, please add 10% to order total. There will be a $25.00 Service Charge on all returned checks.
